Pricing is based on square footage, age, and foundation type. Most Atlanta home inspections fall in this range:

How long does a home inspection take?
Most inspections take 2–4 hours depending on the size, age, and complexity of the home. Larger homes with crawlspaces or basements typically take longer. Plan for a half day and arrive toward the end for Jason's walkthrough.
Should I be there for the inspection?
You're welcome but not required. If you do attend, arrive toward the end — Jason will walk you through findings in person. If you can't make it, the report covers everything and the free follow-up call handles any questions afterward.
Can I see a simple report before booking?

Does a failing inspection mean I shouldn't buy?
There's no pass/fail in a home inspection — only findings. Every home has something. What matters is understanding what's major, what's minor, and what it costs. Jason helps you distinguish those so you can negotiate from knowledge, not fear.
Do you offer add-one like mold or pool inspection?
Yes. Mold testing, pool & spa, and WDO (termite) inspections can be added to any home inspection. Select them when building your package in the online scheduler, or call to ask about bundled pricing.
Is there a military discount?
Yes. Active duty and veterans receive a discount on all inspections. Mention it when you book online or call. Every inspection also includes a free follow-up consultation after delivery.
